RentHelpPGH is a young organization that has grown through sheer determination and a deep commitment to supporting as many of our neighbors experiencing housing instability as possible. From Lawyer of the Day to Landlord-Tenant Mediation to the Housing Stabilization Center, we’ve worked hard to build a series of safety nets so families don’t fall through the cracks.
 

Financial donations are vital to sustaining and expanding this work—but they’re not the only way to support our mission. Maybe you have a skillset you’d like to contribute!
 

We’re currently seeking non-monetary support in the following areas:

• Marketing & Communications: 

  • Branding Help: We love our beloved rectangular logo... but we could really use a square version that plays nicely with partner logos on posters and promotional materials. And while we’re at it, a simple brand guide would go a long way toward helping us keep things consistent and accessible.
     

  • Website Development: Our website was built by and is maintained by our ED who does not have any background in website development. As much as we adore our site, it's time to level up. We’d love support refining the layout, improving usability, and making sure multiple people on our team know how to update it and have a standard procedure on how to keep it updated. (Also, if you know how to turn off the rolling clouds on the homepage or why in the ever-loving heck the text on "Get Involved" rolls when you scroll… we’d be forever grateful.)
     

  • Newsletter & Resource Emails: Got tips for creating a great monthly newsletter or sharing resources in a way people actually want to read? We’re all ears.
     

  • Social Media (gulp): We know it’s important. We just… don’t know how to make it feel right for us. If you have ideas for building an authentic, engaging presence—or helping us decide if we really need to post every day—we’d love your wisdom.
